The time has come for a cleanse. A spending cleanse. For the entire month of February, I vow not to spend any money on clothing. Zero. February is a great month for a closet clean out and to reassess what can stay and what needs to go. All my outfits for this coming month will be remixed from my closet, which I'm hoping will allow me to find some old friends that may have been forgotten.

#NoSpendFeb is open to anyone and I'd love you to join me. If you are down with not spending any money this month on clothes and shoes (sorry), just hashtag your look with #NoSpendFeb and tag me on social media (here and here) so that I can follow along. #NoSpendFeb will be a lot more fun with friends, so take the plunge and join me. Be sure to follow Jaclyn and Katie as they will also be remixing looks from their closets all month for #NoSpendFeb.

Product collages and Pick of the Week will continue in February because although I won't be shopping, I'll be stalking my favorites for Spring of course.

Hope you join me and see you on Friday,

January can be such a tough month for getting dressed. The weather is less than ideal and if you're anything like me, sweatpants look better and better everyday. One good thing about January are the sales. Especially if you are on the hunt for a winter coat. I nabbed this Maison Scotch checked coat right before it sold out (similar). The checked pattern is a great alternative to my all black army of outerwear, but the shape and high neck are my favorite part of this coat.

Maison Scotch is one of my favorite brands for high quality, classic pieces with a twist. If you love the coat, make sure you check out their tops and dresses for other awesome options. I can never say enough about Rag & Bone denim. I'm a believer after investing in a pair of their boyfriend jeans a year ago. I've worn them hundreds of times with everything ranging from heels to slip-ons. As we speak, I'm currently stalking their fedoras and killer collection of dresses for warmer days to come.

Pick of the Week: Equipment Blouse

Friday, January 23, 2015

How about this beautiful Equipment Signature Blouse on The Dreslyn for $90? This menswear style navy and white striped button down is a closet staple. If you have an old blouse that needs replacing or looking to add the perfect cotton blouse to your closet, this one is for you. Just don't wait too long because this gem won't be around forever...

The Dreslyn has a killer sale going on right now. I also love this Contrast Equipment Blouse, Iro Vest, and Sweater Dress (all 50% off). On a side note, isn't this Iro Halime Coat AMAZING?

Cool Clutches Under $100

I'm always in the market for a cool clutch under $100. A fun and quirky clutch can funk up any look that would otherwise be boring and yawn worthy. Whether you are looking for something with color, texture, or animal inspired, these are sure to please without feeling any buyer's remorse. I love how my girl Chelsea styled her look with this whimsical clutch.

There's no doubt which one of the bunch is my favorite. Whoever the genius is that created the cat clutch needs an award of some sort. You complete me.

See you on Friday for the Pick of the Week,

Bloggers Who Budget: Winter For Less

Bloggers Who Budget Winter for Less
This month the #BloggersWhoBudget Collab is all about styling our favorite (and affordable) winter gear. Hands down, mine is this ASOS scarf.
Bloggers Who Budget Winter for Less
I'm not kidding when I tell you that I wear this scarf everyday. I bundle it over my coat or wear it solo when it's warm enough outside. It's big enough to wrap around your body cocoon style or even use as a mini blanket when traveling (my favorite).

Considering that this scarf is multi-functional and super warm, I think it's a complete steal for $28. If you haven't jumped on the over-sized scarf bandwagon yet, the time is now. On another note, these Schutz Mules are fantastic (and on sale). If you share a similar passion for luxe neutral shoes, I suggest heading over there as fast as possible. Be sure to check out all the Bloggers Who Budget #WinterforLess favorites and don't forget to share your budget-friendly look with us.

Pick of the Week: Fringe Cross Body Bag

Friday, January 16, 2015

I love a good cross body bag. Especially when it's on sale for $38.99. This bag is on final sale over at Need Supply Co. and won't last long. The fringe detail is killer and the shoulder strap is removable, so not only do you score a great bag, but you can wear it as a clutch too. What a steal. If you love that one, then chances are that you will also want to take home the Foldover Bag (on sale for $42.99). You can scour more Need Supply Co. sale gems right here.

This Monday is the third Monday of the month, which means the #BloggersWhoBudget collab is back. Our theme is Winter For Less {$75 and under}. Be sure to stop by and share your budget-friendly look with us!

See you on Monday,
