While skimming the pages of the Glamour last week, Miranda Kerr's look immediately caught my eye. A simple white t with textured shorts, a structured bag and heels (not pictured).  Classic sunglasses and a red lip are the finishing touches on this look. Miranda Kerr is the epitome of parisian style. Can a non-model rock this? Yup, here is how.

Black shorts (not too short) with some texture--> leather (faux is fine too, I won't tell), lace, eyelet, etc. I own the Free People black lace shorts (see below) and they are awesome.
White t. This is a basic piece and everyone needs one. Make sure its not too big or too tight. The length should hit around the waist. Its never flattering to look like you are without bottoms,
e-v-e-r. To dress it up, roll the sleeves as shown below.
A colored, smart, and structured bag is the last piece. Miranda's (we're on a first name basis) bag, although gorgeous, is pricy. Yours doesn't have to be. Keep it medium-sized with a strap or two for cross-body option. To keep it dressy, carry it as so.
Shoes. These are not pictured. Wear a basic, colored pump (not too high or else you'll drift right into hooker town). You don't want to be caught in faux leather shorts with a high colored pump... you get the drift. Keep the shoe to a basic shape (pointy or round toe) with a classic color (maroon, tan/nude).

Below are multiple options for shorts, bags and t-shirts. Let me know what you think! This is a classic look that anyone can wear without breaking the bank.
