Mint Jeans

Friday, March 29, 2013

I have been waiting so long to bust out these Gap mint jeans I bought last year. As you may or may not know, mint is my jam. I'm acquiring mint in the form of tees, denim, and accessories so fast that it would blow your mind. These jeans were not only priced well, but they have a great amount of stretch + are so comfortable.

My plan for styling the jeans was pretty simple. Bright on the bottom means I wanted to go with something simple + basic on top. This Anthropologie tank has the perfect slouchy look and is a bit longer in the back, which I like because the jeans are quite snug. The key hole opening in the back is also a great detail in addition to a perfect fit.

The statement necklace is the final piece + really gives it a beachy feel. Adding a bold necklace like this one is a perfect way to upgrade any look.

That's it!
Those were my three beachwear inspired looks from my trip to the Keys.
If you missed any, be sure to check them out here + here.
Which one is your favorite?
p.s. I'm linking up today on AV's amazing blog + sharing my minty post. Be sure to check out all the inspiring pastel posts this week!

Tank: Anthropologie (also love this one + this one)
Jeans: Gap (similar here - mine are skinny + these are skimmers)
Necklace: Anthropologie
Clutch: J. Crew
