5 Bridal Shower Dresses Under $150

Friday, June 14, 2013

Tomorrow is my first bridal shower and I'm excited, but also a little nervous. Is it just me or does anyone else get a little antsy thinking about opening gifts in front of an audience? I'm weird like that.
I'll be heading up to Michigan for the festivities and I'm happy to report that I know exactly what I'm going to wear. I did a post on bridal shower dresses a few weeks ago when I first started to think freak out about what to wear.

There are SO many great options out there for bridal shower dresses that won't break the bank. These dresses are also perfect if you're looking for an ultra versatile little white dress for summer.

I'm a sucker for lace, so naturally the Top Shop lace applique dress is one of my favorites. Its so modern and under $100, its hard to beat. If all white bores you then go with something floral. There are no hard-fast rules on what you have to wear to your own bridal shower and this dress is guaranteed to be worn more than just a handful of times.

The Rebecca Taylor silk shift is a stunner. Its 50% off and this dress is as elegant as they come.
I'll be wearing this dress tomorrow that I scored on super sale from Anthropologie (no longer available). It was $60. I sh%# you not.
I'm linked up with the lovely AV for #FridaysFancies this week, so be sure to stop by and peep all the bridal inspo!

Which is your favorite dress?

That dress is lovely! I was very nervous for my shower...more so than for the actual wedding. Part of it is the gift opening (my hands were shaking and I just wanted to keep it all moving for everyone) and part of it is being up there solo. At least at the wedding you have someone sharing the spotlight. But, that said, your shower is still a really special day, so soak it all up and enjoy!

Aw have fun at your shower! I hated being the center of attention for every shower and eventually the wedding.. but that's just me :) haha. It's so much fun to get to hang out with all your friends and loved ones though so it makes up for it! All the dresses are lovely! -♥- Rachel (For the Birds)
