October is my favorite.
Layering weather, football season, pumpkin flavored anything... I could go on. Now that we're back in Charlotte and settled from the wedding, it's about time to get our pumpkin on.

Last weekend, we took a mini road trip to Aw Shucks Farm in Monroe, NC. We picked pumpkins, hit up a corn maze and sipped apple cider to our heart's content. This farm might be the cutest place on earth. Picture this. A quaint general store that sells old-fashioned sodas, live music, and kids playing on haystacks. Oh, and one more thing, there are goats. Basically, I got to wear my Frye ankle boots  and hang out on a farm all day.

Could you ask for anything more?
**If you're a size 5.5 , my boots are on sale big time. If not, these Frye Lindsay Plate short booties are equally awesome.

GOATS! I got to see some goats last week at a work farm retreat (weird I know) but they are just soooo cute!

This looks stinkin' adorable! That goat is my favorite thing ever. And Dave pulling a wagon of pumpkins. That too.
