J.Crew put on yet another successful #JCrewStyleSessions on Wednesday in South Park. I had a blast helping host the event and shopping the unreal new Holiday Collection. After browsing this gorgeous new compilation, my take on holiday dressing this year is to focus more on your accessories and especially to play up the jewels.

Pass on a new dress this year and add the Crystal Triangle Pendant Necklace or the stunning Pear Necklace over any top or sweater. If you prefer a bracelet, check out the Fanned Leaf Cuff. It's got a vintage feel and the blue crystal is beyond pretty. Definitely don't shy away from metallics or bling on your feet either. Put away the basic black pump for festivities and go with the Valentina Mirror Metallic Pump or the Etta Tweed and Glitter Pumps

My Pick of the Week and favorite accessory right now is the Bailey for J.Crew Felt Hat. This hat instantly polishes any outfit and totally gives off a Paris street style vibe. At least that's what I'll be telling myself when I'm wearing it.

Many thanks to Jaime from Sunflowers & Stilettos, Bethany from B Soup and Ashley from Possession Obsession for stopping by and joining the shopping frenzy. I'm already excited to see what J.Crew comes out with next, but in the meantime I'm plotting how to get those Valentina Metallic Pumps on my feet.

How do you plan on dressing for the Holidays?

I love reinventing things I already own with accessories! I need to jump on that band wagon now that I've revamped my entire closet.
