So, this post was created because I mentally pictured this green Ya Los Angeles Dress (yes, not a skirt) eventually going into the "Shop My Closet" pile. The only reason for wanting to get rid of this dress is the cap sleeves. Right now, I'm really into tops, tees, and blouses with a longer sleeve and I'm starting to move away from anything with a cap sleeve. Maybe it's a phase, who knows.
Before I banished this dress from my mind forever, I remembered the grey honeycomb +Madewell sweater that I bought a few years ago. The shape of the sweater is great and works with basically everything I own, including over this dress. What was once a dress doomed for resale is now moving up in the world and right to the front of my closet.

Love it! Can never gone wrong with a Madewell sweater, right? And I need to steal those booties. Thanks.

I really love how "strong" all of these pieces are! And I also am in the middle of a major overhaul, so nice to pull the "iffy" items to the front of your closet and see if they really get worn or not. I think this dress/skirt should stay… just sayin' :)
