Today is a good day because I have the lovely Annie Reeves over guest posting. She lives in Charleston and has a fantastic lifestyle blog that you must add to your daily reads. Her photos are beautiful and her style picks are always spot on. Today she is dishing out her go-to spots in Charleston, so enjoy the photos and take notes for your next trip—I know I am.

Hi everyone! I'm Annie and I blog over at AnnieReeves.com about all things style, home, food, life, and Charleston. I am excited to be over here guest blogging for my friend Becky—I'm obsessed with her style and love reading her blog every morning.

This time of year in Charleston is my absolute favorite! Granted, it definitely gets a little bit warm + humid, but I love that everyone is always out and about and there's always something fun to do. One of my favorite places (and most frequented hangs) is The Park Cafe in my neighborhood. They serve the best avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches, and cauliflower salad in town. It's one of our go-to weekend brunch spots, too.

Just across the street is Hampton Park, where you can find me and my puppy Hasell taking walks on the reg. The flowers are all blooming right now, and there are always other dogs, families, and runners around which I love.

For an afternoon pick-me-up, I'm a big fan of Saint Alban on Upper King. The café has a charming French feel and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner along with coffee concoctions and "the best banana bread ever." It's perfect for a morning meeting or afternoon reading.

Downtown and just south of Broad Street, you'll find some of Charleston's most beautiful homes. I love walking down streets Legare, Church, and Tradd snapping photos of the flower boxes and colorful doors. I always recommend that visitors spend a morning, with Black Tap Coffee in hand, strolling this neighborhood.

Of course, one of my favorite perks of living in Charleston is being just 20 minutes from the beach. Sullivan's Island is my personal favorite of the beaches in town, because I love grabbing a sandwich at the Co-Op or acai bowl at Café Medley. Plus, the beach is absolutely beautiful and expansive.

For dinner in Charleston, I cannot more highly recommend Edmund's Oast. I have too many favorite to choose just one, but in my top three tier—Edmund's is one of them. Their pickled shrimp, cheese plate, and french fries are my favorite items. They have over 40 beers on tap, and even brew some in house! I always order one of their brews, and you can't leave without tasting the PB&J beer—so interesting and delicious.

For pre or post-dinner cocktails, The Rooftop at the Vendue is the place to go! I love the atmosphere and the view here. There are several rooftops in town, but we always end up back here for the string lights and signature cocktails.

Finally, Sunday brunch at Indaco (another on my top-three restaurant tier) is a must. The milk & honey is amazing, bottomless bellinis are necessary, and the breakfast pie must be enjoyed!

Hope you enjoyed your mini-tour of Charleston. Big love to Becky for having me over today! For more of my favorites, follow along with my blog or visit the Charleston Guide on my site. Of course, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have—I'd love to help you plan a trip.

So, who's ready to pack their bags and head to Charleston for the weekend? ME.

Wow, I've got some serious hometown envy! I've only been to Charleston once but boy, do I need to get back. Just really seems like a fabulous place to be. I think my only issue would be not knowing where to grab my next meal from- so many amazing places to choose from! Lovely photos, as always Annie!
